Alliance Solutions Group is currently seeking an experienced Industrial Hygienist with experience in the Defense Occupational and Environmental Health Readiness System (DOERHS) to provide support services globally. Our growing company develops a wide array of innovative solutions to the challenges faced by our clients. We are seeking smart, adaptive people to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary and geographically dispersed team.


Individual shall perform program area audits by pulling comprehensive sets of data primarily from the Defense Occupational and Environmental Health Readiness System (DOEHRS) and other sources as necessary. Perform analysis on the data to establish gaps from existing regulatory requirements. Create presentations that define courses of action; which include detailed recommendations of necessary corporate business practices, may be required to perform technical review of DOEHRS reports and training materials, may be required to assist in the layout of new reports or training materials or to update existing materials. 

Design courses of action that include recommendations of necessary corporate business practices with the ultimate goal of standardized enterprise wide business practices and accountability measures.    

Provide audit reports that would include operational and tactical level objectives and the necessary tools to perform, document, and track progress.  Also, provide audit reports that include a detailed strategy that would resolve programmatic gaps and ensure long-term program health.  

Design presentations that clearly convey the course of action based on audit findings. Design new training materials or update existing materials as requested and provide training via video teleconference. Design DOEHRS reports and provide record requirements where gaps exist.

Design and develop a customer feedback tool for the DOEHRS. 

Provide focused support to include training/education and may be required to complete necessary data entry to correct deficiencies.

The successful applicant must be able to multi-task, prioritize tasks with occasional interruptions, and work beyond normal business hours when required to complete essential responsibilities.



  • Education: Bachelors or Masters in Occupational Health or Industrial Hygiene
  • Experience: 5 years experience using DOEHRS and performing Health Risk Assessments. Strong analytical skills and past experience in computer programming and developing system requirements is highly desired. Contractor shall be able to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.

Travel: Approximately 10%
