ASG is currently seeking experienced a GIS Analyst III to provide support services globally. Our growing company develops a wide array of innovative solutions to the challenges faced by our clients. We are seeking smart, adaptive people to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary and geographically dispersed team.
The candidate will support the research and data‐driven analysis of logical and physical critical infrastructure networks and systems, and create and maintain geospatial databases supporting the analysis and visualization of geospatial data. Contribute to the analysis of strategic plans and methodologies to solve complex problems. Develop analytical and technical reports and publications, including creating graphics and writing significant portions of the documents. Make oral presentations to internal and external audiences. Act as a member of a team, leading subtasks that comprise a larger analysis, documenting analytic processes and procedures, and contributing to quality assurance.
The successful applicant must be able to multi-task, prioritize tasks with occasional interruptions, and work beyond normal business hours when required to complete essential responsibilities.
• Education: Requires a Masters in Geospatial Information Systems
• Experience: Minimum 5 years’ experience in geospatial analysis.
• A minimum of 6 years supervisory experience preferred.
• Skills in Geospatial Analysis software (ArcGIS, Google Earth, Quick Terrain Modeler) and Imagery Exploitation software (ERDAS Imagine and ENVI) to exploit Remotely Sensed Imagery (RSI).
