  • Responsibilities

    GENERAL DUTIES:

    • Provide insight into CBRN hazards and how to model their impacts
    • Provide insight into CBRN warning and reporting requirements
    • Provide insight into CBRN JWARN software requirements and system operation including its Concept of Operations to software development teams
    • Present material before outside authorities for the client and/or prepare for briefings and presentations. 
    • Evaluate and recommend metrics such as activity/event based costing, and other financial management options.
    • Conduct complex business case analysis and detailed assessments. 
    • Promote teamwork and knowledge sharing in pursuit of effective problem solving.
    • Facilitate forums for teams to identify risks,
    • Promote relationships needed to ensure success, and develop project plans that drive a high probability of success.
    • Manage daily team activities including progress, customer interactions, issue resolution and issue escalation.
    • Manage the customer relationship, including status meetings, gathering customer requests, maintaining customer satisfaction, and status reporting.
    • Manage customer’s expectations and establishes the task team’s expectations by defining scope and role responsibilities.
    • Anticipate problems and opportunities and addresses them appropriately and effectively.

     

    Qualifications

     

    MINIMUM SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

    • Two years of experience with CBRN Hazard Warning and Reporting Service Concept of Operations (CONOPS)
    • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Systems Management, or Related Field from an accredited University or College
    • Two years of experience with integration efforts related to CBRN Hazard Warning and Reporting
    • Two years of experience with North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) Allied Tactical Publication (ATP) 45 implementation
    • Two years of experience with operational utilization of CBRN warning and reporting systems, and the ability to install and configure JWARN
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and interaction skills with employees from all levels of the organization
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    Experience with Microsoft products including Word, Excel, and Power Point
